This muesli has a high proportion of fruits, nuts and seeds, constituting over 40% of the mix. This makes for a rich-tasting muesli. The mixture of short and medium-release carbs in the fruit and the long-term release carbs in the wholegrain oats and wheat allow a sustained energy release for hours and will hence help to stave off hunger until later in the day.
